DOH-Sarasota offers immunizations for the whole family.  Eligibility requirements vary by immunization type.  Click on the links below to learn more about immunizations for specific groups of people, plus eligibility and costs.  We accept Medicaid and many private insurance plans - many routine immunizations are often covered. 

Immunizations - Locations & Hours

Bring available shot records.  Children's immunizations are available on a walk-in basis only, except for on Wednesday afternoons.  Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.  For adult and travelers' immunizations, appointments are strongly encouraged.

Walk-ins welcome unless noted.  Last walk-in client taken 30 minutes before end of morning/afternoon hours. Appointments for children's immunizations are available on Wednesdays only.  Hours subject to change without notice.
